Yo Indulge started as a Mumbai kitchen with two hero recipes and nothing else. We drew the logo, the bar wrappers and the gifting box, built the Shopify store, then ran the ads and the social. Eight months in, one reel has done 175K views and the sales curve is still climbing.

Fantastic team! Very creative ..they understand the concept and execute into action! Highly recommend!!
Yo Indulge sells two things: Yo Majun, Sindhi mithai reimagined as a bar, and Yo Brownies, Belgian chocolate brownie bars baked fresh daily in Mumbai. NPR Design owns the whole brand stack, identity and packaging, the Shopify store, paid media and social. Between January and August 2026 the brand put ₹75,000 into media and did more than ₹3,00,000 in sales, with a returning customer rate of 24.32% and bulk gifting as the largest revenue line.
Majun is a Sindhi household sweet. Loved by the people who grew up with it, unknown to everyone else, and never sold as a bar. There was no logo, no pack, no store and no audience.
A traditional mithai had to look premium enough to gift and casual enough to eat on a Tuesday. That is a packaging problem before it is a marketing one.
Fresh, preservative-free food shipped nationwide, so the store had to sell shelf life, cold chain and delivery reach as confidently as it sells taste.
A small, unproven budget. Spend had to earn its next rupee, which ruled out buying reach and ruled in creative that travels on its own.
Logo, wordmark and palette first, then the Yo Majun and Yo Brownies bar packaging and wrappers, then a premium gifting box built for multi-address corporate dispatch. One visual system across shelf, courier and feed.
A two-product Shopify build with product pages that answer the freshness questions up front, auto-applied offers, free delivery messaging, a bulk gifting flow and a checkout short enough for a ₹500 impulse buy.
Reels shot around the product and the kitchen, published relentlessly. When one broke out, budget followed it. Paid ran behind proven creative rather than in front of it, see performance marketing.
In late July a single reel broke out: roughly 175K views and about 140K reach in a matter of days, with the largest content-interaction spike of the year attached to it. Follows jumped, profile visits hit their peak, and the Shopify sessions curve moved in the same week.
What it confirmed is what we now plan around: for a food brand, one honest, well-shot piece of product content outperforms a month of paid reach, and the job of media is to find it fast and put money behind it.
Eight pieces account for the bulk of the 326.6K views and 42.6K interactions. Reels for reach, carousels for the gifting and product story. The first one is the July breakout: roughly 175K views and 140K reach on its own.
The @yoindulge feed is the demand engine. Reels shot in the kitchen and around the pack, published on a weekly rhythm, with profile visits up 151% and link clicks running straight into the Shopify sessions curve. See how we build this on social media marketing.

Four design deliverables carry this brand. Every one of them came out of our studio.
The Yo Indulge script and gold-on-navy palette, drawn to sit as comfortably on a courier box as on a wedding gift table.
Navy and gold, “Organic Dry-Fruit Energy Bar”, with the Sindhi provenance line kept on pack. Traditional sweet, modern format.
A deep cocoa counterpart to Majun, same architecture, different appetite cue, so the two read as one family on a shelf of two.
The geometric foil box that turns two bars into a gift, and the reason bulk gifting became the biggest revenue line in the account.
A Shopify store designed around two products and two buyers: the individual buying one bar, and the company buying forty boxes for forty addresses.

Roughly a 4× blended return on media, and that undersells it: most of the revenue sits in bulk and gifting orders that started as an ad click or a reel view and finished on a phone call. Online store revenue is up 132% on its own, conversion rate up 37%, and 136 orders were fulfilled with reversals under 9% of gross.
Source: Shopify Analytics, 1 January to 30 August 2026 against the same period in 2025. Yo Majun Bulk carries about ₹2L of sales, the Majun bar ₹30.9K and Yo Brownies Bulk ₹11.3K.
Packaging is media. The gifting box is the single reason the largest orders exist; it photographs, it gifts, and it justifies the price.
Bulk beats browse. Yo Majun Bulk carries roughly ₹2L of the ₹3L; the ₹1,415 average order value is a gifting number, not a snack number.
Organic found the winner before paid could. Spending behind a proven reel is cheaper than testing new creative from scratch.
A 24.32% returning customer rate on a new food brand says the product holds. That is the permission to scale spend.
0.8% conversion on 6,870 sessions is the next fix. More of the traffic is gift-research than gift-purchase, so the store needs a stronger occasion-led path.
