If you work full time, the best course is the one you can finish. This guide compares formats, schedules and durations, and sets out the weekly workload you should plan for.
Most working professionals do best in a live online cohort with a weekend and one weekday session, recordings for missed classes and a duration of around three months. Plan for 8 to 10 hours a week: about 6 hours of live sessions plus 2 to 4 hours for assignments and campaign checks. Self-paced courses give more flexibility but less feedback, and classroom courses suit people who can commit to fixed in-person days.

This guide is part of our series on how to choose a performance marketing course in India. It answers one question in depth; the overview covers the full checklist.
| Format | Schedule control | Feedback | Main risk |
|---|---|---|---|
| Live online cohort | Fixed sessions, recordings as backup | Direct, if batches are small | Clashes with work travel or deadlines |
| Self-paced recorded | Full control | Limited | Low completion without deadlines |
| Classroom | Fixed days and commute | Direct | Commute time and missed sessions |
| Hybrid (online plus in-person) | Mostly online, occasional fixed dates | Direct, with in-person contact | Planning around the in-person dates |
Format is one of five selection criteria. See the course selection guide for the others.
Choose live if you want feedback and a reason to keep going in weeks five to eight, when most self-directed learning stalls. Choose self-paced if your schedule changes week to week and you have finished long courses on your own before. A live course with recordings gives you most of the benefits of both, as long as you watch missed sessions before the next class.
Weekend-only courses fit a Monday-to-Friday job but leave a long gap between sessions. A weekend session plus one weekday evening keeps momentum and gives you mid-week time to check live campaigns, which change daily. Ask for exact batch timings before you enrol, including the time zone if you are outside India.
| Duration | What it can realistically cover |
|---|---|
| 4 to 6 weeks | Platform basics for one or two channels; little time for live campaigns |
| About 3 months | Google, Meta, LinkedIn and ABM, AI content, tracking and reporting, with live campaigns and time to read results |
| 6 to 12 months | Broader digital marketing diplomas, often with more theory and wider scope |
Live campaigns need two to three weeks of data before results mean much. A course shorter than about ten weeks struggles to include a full launch, optimise and report cycle.

13 weeks, 78 live hours, batches of 12. Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and ABM, GA4 and GTM, and AI content generation and strategy, with two live campaigns and a portfolio. Led by Nitin Raghani. Next cohort mid-October 2026.
For a three-month part-time course, expect these milestones:
| Stage | Focus | Weekly time outside class |
|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1 to 3 | Foundations, business maths, tracking setup | 2 to 3 hours |
| Weeks 4 to 10 | Platform modules with live campaigns running | 3 to 4 hours, including daily campaign checks |
| Weeks 11 to 13 | Reporting, portfolio, certification preparation | 3 to 4 hours |
Working professionals who already touch marketing budgets at work often learn fastest, because they apply each week’s module to a real problem on Monday. The ones who struggle are usually those who try to catch up on three weeks of recordings at once. In our cohorts, the weekday session exists partly for that reason: it keeps the gap between classes short enough that nobody falls far behind.
Once you know the format works, check what you will actually learn in the syllabus guide and what it will cost in the fees guide.
The NPR Performance Marketing Accelerator runs for 13 weeks with two live online sessions a week: one on Saturday and one on a weekday, three hours each, for 78 hours in total, covering Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and signal-based ABM, analytics, AI content generation and content strategy, agentic AI, and CRM and marketing automation. Every session is recorded on the LMS. There is one in-person session a month at the NPR Design office in Andheri West, Mumbai. Exact batch timings are confirmed when you apply, and corporate pricing is available for employer-sponsored learners.
Yes. Choose a part-time live course with recordings and plan for 8 to 10 hours a week, including live sessions, assignments and campaign checks.
It can be, if it is live, has small batches and includes feedback on your work. Hybrid courses add occasional in-person sessions for networking and direct review.
For a three-month part-time course, expect around 6 hours of live sessions and 2 to 4 hours of practice a week.
On most live courses, including NPR’s, sessions are recorded on an LMS. Watch the recording before the next class so you do not fall behind.
Some do, especially if you already work in marketing. Ask the provider about corporate pricing and a GST invoice for reimbursement.
